Furnace upper chamber has silicon carbide heating elements capable of reaching 2500°F maximum operating temperature. The lower chamber (tempering furnace) has convection heating providing a 1250°F maximum operating temperature. This system includes a washer with a tankless hot water heater, endothermic generator, and motorized traveling combination open quench tank and loading/unloading table. |
