These crucible
furnaces are available in both gas-fired and electrically heated models
and are designed for the melting and holding of aluminum. Above are
examples of the gas-fired models. The gas models are equipped with IRI
or FM gas valve trains and self-contained, single or dual package
burners. Units are available in models with melting rates of 400 to 800
pounds per hour and holding capacities ranging from 600 to 2,400 pounds
of molten aluminum. |
