Custom Furnace:

 



This rotary kiln explosive waste incinerator has 6" thick wall, cast steel cylinders with internal flights. A 6 million Btuh gas fired burner located at one end of the incinerator heats the chamber detonating the explosive materials as they move through the kiln.



 




 
A fuel fired rotary-retort furnace custom designed and built for pyrolysis processing of used rubber tires into new saleable products, such as, hydrocarbon gas, radial tire steel, carbon black, and oil. The process and emission are designed to stay within EPA limits.
